Running with a view....

Or, in this case, walking with a very restricted view.   

The weather conditions dampened down a lot of the outside prospect - a hillside rising to a wood with a couple of horses ranging wide across the landscape.

I have not been in the gym for far too long.   I need to re-energise myself for that.  The feeling of self-righteous achievement alone is worth the effort.
