The Great Watling Street!

With a history as long as a great many arms, Watling Street is here reduced to a single track road with a 20 mph limit. Mind you, Roman legions would have been hard pushed to get up to 20 mph. A few yards to the left of the photo, the mighty A49 thunders past, dwarfing poor old Watling.
