I'm a very frustrated uploader!

Over 12 times (I lost count there) it took to upload this, which was taken on my phone, so not a huge file. I had to reduce it to a 1.5mb file before it worked. I can't do this every night, I don't have time. Blip says it takes files up to 20mb. My internet is running fine - everything else works; I can watch on demand TV with no issues.

Sorry to rant, but this is frustrating the hell out of me. Maybe the problem is at my end, as most people have no issues at all. Maybe I need to update some plug-in or other? (but I do keep all that stuff up to date). But if it takes this many trys to download, I can't keep doing it (and it leaves me no time to comment or reply now, as I have work to do!)
