Boo!!

To the Biennale in the Giardini in Venice. We spent most of the day there. The Japanese pavilion is in two levels. The upper level is full of wonderful floating wooden models of oriental structures apart from a space in the middle which was a model of an industrial complex with a hole in the middle. On the lower level is a stair leading to a chair where you sit and your head pops out of the hole on the upper level. Ridiculous but made everyone smile. And there was a queue to sit on the chair!
