Failure

I reckon I'm a bit of expert at making an Indian Pilaf. I once lived with an Indian family for six months many years ago and was taught to make a selection of authentic Indian dishes. This one is a failure because I didn't have basmati rice in the cupboard, took a gamble, and used Spanish long grain. It has turned out far to sticky and claggy.
