Early Morning Rider

Not a bad day, windy and gusty but very mild and dry, so it wasn't too bad setting off at 06:30 to go on the radio with Mark Cummings Breakfast Show at 06:50.
Came out at 09:00 and was going to go to hospital to see Ian but he didn't text me so thought he must be going in later for his biopsy. Just spoken to him (16:30) and he did go at 0900 but they didn't do the biopsy until 13:20!
Kim, his wife, is home now so she's going to pick him up later as he has to stay on a ward for few hours to make sure he's ok.
