a grey and dismal day...

thanks to everyone for your kind comments on the death of my friend Erica, today after a tribute in the Quaker Meeting House she went to the crematorium....as I passed her house on my way home I realised that's the end of my weekly visits to a stubborn, feisty, incorrigible woman...a giver, who would do anything for you...end of an era. R.I.P.
