POOR PAVILION

Spent my day in Fulford, York on a training exercise, I was the only one late as I got hopelessly lost on the way there...these things happen!
The York Pavilion Hotel or at least pat of it, bit tired but fine as a work venue, the subject was health & safety, thing this place would fail an inspection on several counts...
