Vera the Cool Girl

Today Lord I am thankful for...

• Beautiful Vera! She is such a blessing in my life. We worked out today, chatted, giggled and went to the German market in town. She likes to call us the #coolgirls. I feel like I have connected with her lots and we are both as crazy as each other.

• Therapy this morning. I feel so lucky to have an outlet. Praying is amazing but speaking to Sam my therapist is doing wonders in my life.

• Motivation. I feel full of life lately and full of energy. I am enjoying it while it lasts! It may because of all the coffee I have drank lately haha.
