Perfect light

What a wonderful treat. The light was magnificent this morning so I decided to head off to Middleton Hall Lakes. There were not many people and it was crisp and clear.

I just kept walking, the farthest I’ve managed for a long time.

It was a delight, from the woodpecker feeding on the feeders by the Heronry Bridge, to the unperturbed little bunny by the canal.

Midlanders, if you haven’t been there lately, it’s worth a visit....
