Our memory.

I joined a lecture about our memory today and was set at rest. It`s normal that we start to forget when we have reached the retire age, may be ealier. It`s normal that we remember things we did when we were young and not what we did yesterday of last week. It`s quite normal to forget names shortly after you have been presented the name of a new person. It`s better to ask again than to pretend you remember. What we do remember from when we were younger is what shall remember with joy today. I was happy to understand I am or can be relatively normal. Relatively. I hope this will help you to understand you are normal too.
