Beehives

The forecasters were right - a much better day today. There was even a  glimmer of sunshine although it was colder. Molly and I took the opportunity of a walk down to Gilmerton woods which she thoroughly enjoyed. It was a bit muddy and slippery underfoot but good to be out in the fresh air without the rain. This is a picture of the beehives near the big house. I'm not sure how much honey they harvest from them but I would imagine quite a lot.
