Absolutely exhausted...

...a frustrating afternoon at Citizens Advice Bureau trying to sort some stuff in my behalf.

A government computer refuses to acknowledge me. The computer accepts I fulfill the eligibility criteria, but refuses to send out the stuff that is supposed to be automatically generated from that.

They tried entering the eligibility criteria again, government computer says I fulfill the eligibility criteria, but then refuses to proceed any further yet again.

This is scary. I don’t mean just me, but everything in our everyday lives. So we have a computer that has been misprogrammed, has a bug, or heaven forbid is being petulant.

It is causing great domino complications elsewhere...it is doing my head in...

The DWP say it is a mystery why this computer refuses to do its job and that is never happened before. They say they will look into it.
