First time in a long time

Not much of a picture today but it represents a major step for me as this morning was the first time in a long time that I had been able to do up my belt on the last hole.

Having been a bit overweight over the last few quite a few years this has given me a large boost today and at my age you need all the boosts you can get when your head looks like a forest of felled tree's with a very big fire break right down the middle and you have to bend over to see your feet.
