Here Comes The Flood

Or is it on it's way out? After some cold and wet days, I am hoping it will turn cold and dry from tomorrow.

It was a change of tact on the housefront today, we had an electrician round to do a number of things that have been on the cards for many years, most importantly to wire up the new part of the house to the genny circuit. That will save me running an extenstion cable up the stairs to the router just so I can keep working. Since first arranging this work, we've had 5 different power outages. That obviously means there will be no need to use the genny for 2 years... that's the way it goes eh?
