Liverpool

Thursday 23rd November 2017 (1916)

I started my birthday celebration a day early after the morning service as they kindly gave me a couple of plants. It was then time to go and collect Mum from Liverpool coach station. 

We had a pub lunch and then did the shopping for the two parties we have over the weekend. 

This evening we went to The Empire to see War Horse, my birthday present to Mum for her Sept 90th birthday. It was amazing! The way they created the horses was incredible and the story was so moving. I admit to having tears streaming down my face towards the end. It was so powerful I could hardly speak afterwards. 

Tomorrow is the big "0" day!
