Not quite dressed.....

.....a lovely small Primula vialii in it's poker-shaped form. Later it will be dressed in tiny lilac flowers which start from the bottom and work their way to the top, how clever is that! 

Good for woodland gardens, looking lovely amongst hostas and ferns with it's beautiful colours and form.

I've been car-less for the last few days and have spent a good deal of time in the garden, it's been really nice just to potter away but as always there's plenty more to be done.
