WLked juno and Callie up the hill this morning.

Work attended.

Headed out to presentation at my old school about young people and mental health. Emotive stories and success. Spike to the kids rather than the adults , interesting chats. Sopoke to headteacher and will be going back to support some stuff.

Back to work .

Ran to coaching, a fun session which I got involved and scored with my belly.
