Art exhibition

The Friday bible study ladies met today for lunch at our local Chinese. We’re taking a break till mid-January and thought it would be nice to have a meal together.

Some of us then headed to Admiralty to the Asia Society Hong Kong which has art exhibits and are currently exhibiting paintings and calligraphy work by a renowned Chinese female artist called Fang Zhaoling. She was famous from the ‘50s onwards and it was a pleasure to see her various works of very good art and some whimsical art like this one. Of course it drew me with the vibrant pink and along with the painting are friends Dette, Bonnie and Merrilee (l-r)!

We had a good time there and enjoyed each other’s company. Fab bunch of gals :). I am blessed.

Back to DB for a prep practice with Pam for upcoming Christmas special service. We like getting the music all sorted before we start practicing with the choir.

A full, busy, lovely day.

P.S. loved the marble floor and wall in the extras. Just so unique.
