Let it snow !

Can safely say winter has arrived, in Pitlochry at least.

Development day at work - team building with a facilitator who has been working with us for a while. Good day - but tiring. Our facilitator was working with a colleague who was a former rower with GB squad who'd won 2 gold medals  (which he brought with him). Really interesting & inspiring listening to his stories of the approach to team building & performance development in the squad. Good stuff.
