The only acceptable sort of goose

A very long train trip today to Nueremberg, to meet up with M. who has been presenting at a conference there this week. The CHrist,as market is not due to start for another week, but there are already some stalls out. I was quite tempted to take a goose back for my balcony.... when we moved into our current house in the UK, it came with 6 geese, who were the most difficult animals to get into their compound at night. I do not miss them at all.
