A world of my own...

Isn’t it crazy how in such a fast paced world full of bustling people you can feel so alone!

After a manic Black Friday at work, despite serving hundreds of people and talking all day, I have never felt so alone. I felt I was the only one living in my world.

Today made me realise what a crazy, greedy and materialistic world we live in.

Today Lord I am thankful for...

• You! Opening up my eyes to the way you see things. I know I have been on the other side before wanting more and buying into that. Today I saw everything from a different point of view.

• Work colleagues! The girls I work with are such kind souled people. They are relaxed and fun to be around. Work doesn’t give me any anxiety which I feel so lucky about.

• Bed! I haven’t got home yet but I cannot wait to get home take my make up off and hop into bed.
