Another seasonal moment and still November

Friday came and went fairly quickly with assembly, 4 lessons taught and an extended session with a select group not in their lessons. I managed an early departure at the end of it to finally fulfil something a colleague and friend and I have talked about for far too long: a Friday catch-up over tea and cake. We headed to a Christmassy Doddington Hall for slabs of cake and a wander down to the Bauble Barn. No purchases made but a good browse and a natter - even though they were practically turning the lights out behind us. Home via the supermarket and in to Bailey for another fast walk in the cold around the block. Telly and the sofa tonight and that'll be another week done.
