Cleaning a storm drain

It's been awhile since I blipped a mystery man, so I took advantage of this man cleaning a storm drain as we drove by.  I took it through the car window on the way home after our usual Friday morning routine - breakfast at Barb's, recycling, grocery shopping.  A very dark and stormy day, almost no natural light left by 3:00 pm.
