Southborough Common

Our local Southborough Common is such a popular site with the volunteers that they run a few Saturday sessions for those poor folks who have to go to work. Today a troop of scouts came to help,  delighted to be able to use real saws. This is Mr P looking a bit like a pixie , wielding his favourite tool; the Austrian scythe. Unfortunately absolutely no resemblance to Aiden Turner's efforts. Click here if you do not know what I am talking about. On the other hand Mr Ps scything technique was perfect.
