Beautiful light

This afternoon Mr U&L and I went for a quick visit to the beautiful St Mary's church in Shipley, it was getting late in the day by the time we arrived and the late afternoon sunshine producing such a beautiful light on the mellow stone work of this historic Norman church.
I have added a shot of the beautiful Shipley windmill ( of Jonathan Creek fame) looking equally wonderful in the delicious evening light,
While we were there we could hear the hounds of the local hunt out trail hunting, baying and barking.....then suddenly a gunshot!  I felt suddenly very sick, I really hope they hadn't got a fox, fox murder is really NOT my scene!
