Course, day one

I was up early this morning as I had to go to Coventry for a course I'm on this week. It is at our companies training centre which has its own resturant, hotel and fitness suite.

The course dragged today as the syllabus was about change. The best thing about today was a quote (pic) they put up by one of the greatest Great Britains ever, Charles Dawin. "It's not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is most adaptable to change".

When the course finished I went to the gym for an hour. After the gym I went back to my room to have a shower and when I stepped out the shower there was a 1cm of water on the bathroom floor. The bloody seal had gone on the shower door and I had to use 2 towels to soak up the water. I reported it but all they could do is give me extra towels. What a pain in the a**e!!!!!

The resturant on campus is amazing and food is top quality. Tonight I had; Starter - Salt and pepper squid with lime & sweet chilli dip
Main - pan fried duck with wild mushrooms & red wine sauce
Pudding - chocolate & raspberry tart.
