Dementia is so cruel

A busy day at work and called in on Grandma after which I do most days if I can. She is always pleased to see me and Steve but especially likes Jack going.

She was not with it today at all and not even knowing the day. She thought she was somewhere else too. Bless her, she had though been downstairs for lunch and enjoyed it. She told me she was a bit fed up the dark days don’t help :(
