Lava's a Many Splendored Thing

D and I have been waiting for a bag of Epsom salts to arrive so we could fix my old lava lamp. We think it was successful but only time will tell...
The weather has turned. It's felt proper wintry today and I've got a cold.
D and I pottered around, tidied up and got the spare room ready for Lady Brampton who descends on us on Sunday.
