My small pocketable Canon has taken its last photo, I now only get one in ten frames that seem to be in focus so I think it's time I put it gently in a box & bury it next to Dinah the cat in a friends garden, it had an infinity with Dinah so it seems right to bring them back together, on a brighter note it does mean my wife has relented and I can buy something new. The Nikon with the super zoom is a bit bulky to slip in my pocket so I've had to rely on my phone to take this shot tonight, Michael was worth every penny and gave an interesting, witty and insightful talk of his life in politics & his love of trains, top night at the literary festival.
