Over the Clyde

Looking for waders at West Ferry but only Oyster Catchers. There were a few widgeon further out.

Went on to Parklea but only Oyster Catchers there too. There were well over a hundred of them between the two places.

This blip was taken from West Ferry looking across the River Clyde to Dumbarton Castle (on the left) where Mary Queen of Scots stayed before fleeing to France with her mother Mary of Guise for safety. On the right in the distance you can see Ben Lomond the most southerly Munro (mountain over 3000 feet).
