Molehills

Despite the efforts of the trappers the moles of the valley seem to continue to prosper: which is nice.  The only time I ever see them is after a proper hot dry spell when they're sometimes forced out to forage.  There was one running along the side of the road in the sewage works at Esholt the summer before last.
