ooh excitement!

excitement in the form of my race number for the great birmingham run arrived in the post today! i am doing this in a couple of weeks with cousin bekkie and feel both excited and nervous..and then excited all over again! eeeek!
today was a real battle to stay awake! i only managed to get enough sugar at around 3 o'clock! however, once leaving work i perked up and college was brilliant! we had our first practical session on splitting herbaceous perennials and i could answer some of the questions in the practise exam! phew! :-)
