Pasta alle Sarde

Unlike yesterday, today it was rainy since the morning. Indeed it was a windy thundershower that started at 3AM. There was some trees that fell in the city, one of them damaged a building window. So it was a lazy day at home...
Christina prepared this food for us: pasta with the sauce containing 7 ingredients, a recipe from Sicilia: sardines, onions, capers, tomatoes, olive oil and curcuma in place of saffron and walnut in place of pinoli, not available here. Delicious!
