Backyard Sunset

Aren't I lucky?  No scheduled classes today so decided to work at home, of course with my tongue in my cheek.  Not a moment of ennui, as you know.  Later in the afternoon, the sunlight was so fierce and one ray shone like a spotlight on my desk.  I would have been a fool to ignore it.  Took several shots and this came out the best.

Hubby worked full speed ahead in the garden, taking advantage of the clear sky.  It is amazing that we are still enjoying this so late in the year.
