Lighted Palm

I was in a parking lot (car park) taking photos of many street lamps that line the driveways.  As I was standing in an empty space for a car, a car approached.  I think I moved the camera slightly, but still got the palm tree under the lights.  The streaks of light in this photo come from the approaching car and many street lamps.  I do not know how this happened.  My guess is that had camera movement alone caused the streaks, the palm tree and line of lamp posts would be more out of focus than the are. ???
