Bake Off

My entry for the Great Staff Bake Off showstopper round. This is the second time I have baked in three weeks. I wouldn't normally bake this much in three years! The competition was very fierce, see extras (Blippers Lexi1 and FranG baked the excellent cakes top left and bottom right, respectively). I was pretty pleased with my take on a Savoy Cake, with mincemeat through a Victoria sponge recipe to make it Wintry, as the theme was Winter Wonders.
