Sculpture, Surgeons' Hall
My partner has a craft fair at the Surgeon's Hall. So part Sunday morning chores. After getting everything twin 2 to do the dishwasher. and with the bed sheet washing on, I go for a morning bike ride to East Lothian.
Its very cold and icy, so its less likely to be so heading east. I take the road out to Musselburgh. Incredibly damp roads Musselburgh to Macmerry. I take the road to Bangly Hill, where I stop to take the Extra. This shows the Pentlands, with a dusting of snow on the southern flanks, and Arthur's Seat, right, with Edinburgh. Then its on to the A6137, and then down to Aberlady. A bit of a crosswind as I descend down to the coast. From Aberlady, its back to Musselburgh on the coastal road. Head wind all the way home.
After lunch, I head down to the Surgeons' Hall. that means I get a better picture of the sculpture by Denys Mitchell. This time from the east side (there's a Santa's Grotto sign on the other side)
