A big day for the Livelihoods and Community mobilization departments (and my personal best day at work since being back in Haiti).

After a lot of push-back and long meetings to work things out with committees (community leaders), we were able to finalize ineligible businesses and enlist business owners to the new Small Medium Enterprise program. Great sense of progress.

Here the mobilizers are meeting with each ineligible applicant one-on-one to explain why their business didn't fit the criteria.
