Winter sunset tree

Most of my day has been centred on looking after a colleague from Uppsala University in Sweden who is visiting my department this week.

This evening Mr hazelh and I hosted a dinner for him and some of my colleagues (John, Laura and Wegene) at our house. On the menu were: haggis and neep ramekins; trawlerman's stew with creamed courgettes; apple crumble and custard; and Scottish cheeses.

I captured the sunset when I came home from campus early to make the final preparations for dinner.
