Canning like a crazy person

It is supposed to freeze this weekend, better get as much out of the garden as I can. Round 2 of canning pickled peppers - this time a very colorful mix of red and green jalapenos and pepperoncinis, yellow and orange wax peppers and purple poblanos. Another 2 dozen jars to add to the collection. We are going to eat a lot of peppers this winter!
