Having decided that it was time to restart the health kick after all the birthday excess of recent days, I found myself hoovering confectionery and cake samples at Costco this morning.

A brisk walk through Tollcross and along the canal burnt off a few calories then home to make a large pot of curried cauliflower soup. 

I probably should have offered to help this guy rather than take a photograph.
