Escorted Will to have the first steps towards a brace fitting this afternoon, he wasn’t tremendously keen on having moulds taken.
We have double January appointments for more moulds and then fitting. He is not bothered about having a brace at all. I am obviously completely dreading it. It’s going to be a busy January dentist month!

And I did some yoga after dinner, I have taken against leaving the house of an evening so am exploring the world of You Tube yoga videos. Much more efficient and just fine I think.
