Sounds of Christmas

All afternoon long my granddaughter sang Away in the manger, jingle bells, and Rudolph the red nose reindeer. It was sweet to hear her singing those traditional songs of Christmas. But now in the quiet of the evening it is time to start practicing for Advent. Once a year, I get out my violin and play Christmas hymns. My favorites is “Oh come oh come Emmanuel”
