In Transition....

This lovely hydrangea is growing in a big pot beside the porch. The flowers are gradually turning from green to pink.
We had a sudden downpour of rain late this afternoon.... it didn’t last long but I did enjoy the smell of rain on the dry warm earth.
I’d been busy applying “mushroom compost” to the vegetable garden. I bought it from Selmes Garden Centre....Lovely rich compost that mushrooms grow in.
