Saving Lives

Tonight I gave Blood and over my 4 last donations my blood has been used to save 7 lives. Before I went in I got called back to work and never finished until 21:30 tonight so a late night, I was planning on a walk with no run after donating but the call out put a stop to that. Todate I have lost just over 11kg's
