The fair West Flemish city of Bruges is to be one of the settings for a new BBC series set towards the end of the 15th century .The costume drama will tell the tale of royal folk in the England of Edward IV .
The ten part series will be called "The White Queen" and will relate the struggle between Lancastrians and Yorkists during the two decades following the marriage of Edward IV and Elizabeth Woodwille.
