Wild Wednesday.....Seed Heads

Took some shots of these verbena, just as the sun lit them up this morning with a beam of light............maturing nicely into seed heads for the wild birds to feed on during winter.....hope they will encourage the goldfinches to return to my garden.  Thanks to Cailleach for hosting wild Wednesday :)
