Hanging About

We had a torrential storm this morning with much thundering and lightening.

But, as so often happens, it soon cleared and the sun broke through, albeit against some strong opposition.

When Duke and I went for our afternoon walk along the beach at the bottom of the road, the wind was still quite strong and the air wet with both spray and a little half-hearted rain.

This fellow obliged by hanging almost motionless in the air for several shots, so I managed to choose one with a little wave spray too. Then he thought better of a deck landing and went back to base onshore.

Us too.
