Cold and Frosty Morning

Winter seems to be putting in an appearance. It is gorgeous, but the pollution from cars seems to hang around in the air on days like these, making it a bit less pleasant walking in. Perhaps someone who knows about weather can explain this? Or I could Google it, I suppose...
